Contempt of Court against property issue

In a property dispute filled in year 2000, judgment delivered in favour of us in year 2011, we have started construction work by digging pits for raising pillars, but again the same opposite party came closed the pits and , we gone to police station complained , shown the judgment copy that that bars the entry of opposite party on our land, but police not taking any action, not even filed CSR. How much it will take if we file contempt petition to deliver judgement.
