Conflict between nominees to sell the house how to resolve it

The house was in fathers name and nominee were 5 out of 7 children. Voluntarily it was transferred to mothers name with same 5 as nominee. Now after Mothers demise there is a conflict for the house. 2 want to sell it and other 3 want in the name of 1. How to resolve.
There is no option, the one who do not want to sell the property will have to buy the shares of the 2 people who wants to sell, orelse the two people can move to the court and file suit for parition thereby seeking partition
