My name is Sybil and i have a family of 4, Mother me and 2 brothers. Now my mother has decided to gift a property that she owns completely to me. How do i make both my brothers as confirming parties to the gift deed so that in future they dont contest this gift deed

Dear Sybil,
Your mother can gift the entire property to you (excluding everyone from your family). The gift is given out of love and affection. there need not be any reason for gifting the property. So you do not need the confirmation from your siblings nor are they required to be added as confirming parties to the gift deed.
