1) What is the provision for set aside forgery compromise decree ?
Namaste. If I am able to get your point correctly, a decree has been passed under order 23 rule 3 read with 151 of cpc by the court. however the same has been done fraudulently.
preliminarily, such decree which is fraudulent had no legal standing. it is tackled under the Indian contract act legally in court.
