Complaint given in UP rera do i need to personally appear rera court

I have sent a complaint against a property promoter for not delivering The unit in time. The case is already registered in Rera. Now my own is whether I have to appear personally in the rera court on the given date or not
In criminal complaint not only the accused, against whom complaint has been made is required to be present, but also the person who has made the criminal complaint is required to be present along with his Advocate. In case you have any person difficulty. Please move an application through your counsel seeking exemption for your presence.

You should definitely appear on the given date as by doing such you’ll get to know about the legal proceedings carried on regarding your case in the court and this will help you to know your case better and you will get to know about your case status and also you’ll get aware of the various reliefs provided by the court.
Also you should file a complaint in the Consumer Forum regarding the same. If the cost of the subject matter involved (the property) is less than 1 crore then its jurisdiction will lie to the State Consumer Forum or if it’s more than 1 crore then the complaint will be filed in the National Consumer Forum.
