Complaint against tehsildar for causing financial loss to land owner.

Can any one please explain me section 250 and under what cases it is applicable and the minimum time for case to be resolved. What action can be taken against nayab tehsildars for taking late/no action causing to financial lost of land owner
Dear Sir/Ma'am always try to put the question in its entirety as it gives us clarity to answer your queries. As far as action against the tehsildar is concerned you can definitely take an action against him, if his actions have caused you a wrongful loss which you would otherwise have not suffered then you can file a criminal complaint against him under 420 and some other sections also and you can also write to the higher official regarding his misconduct and you can compell them for taking a disciplinary action against him.
