Complaint against registration of forged sale deed

My identity is forged and someone registered sale deed with fake person using my name. Criminal case is going on and 2 people are arrested already. Shall I file civit suite now to cancel registered sale deed or shall I wait for criminal case (FIR) results to use for civil proceedings? Apparently, within 3 years of sale deed , we shall file civil suite if any concerns so am worried if I decide to wait for criminal case results and it took longer then it could cause issues to me legally. Flat is in my possession currently. Please suggest on next steps
Hello, You are not at all need to wait for result of criminal case. you can file a civil suit immediately. You can mention the details of criminal case in the civil suit while filing a case. I suggest to file a civil suit as soon as possible.

Yes you must file civil suit of declaration to declare that forged sale deed as null and void. No need to wait for the decision of the criminal case you always have a civil criminal ready to all the legal problems
