MY QUESTION IS CAN A DAUGHTER HAVE RIGHTS TO COMPLAIN SOCIETY REGARDING ANY PROBLEM OR CAN SHE COMPLAIN TO SRA OR ANY OTHER GOVERMENT AGNCIES ON BEHALF OF HER FATHER. SHE IS HAVING POWER OF ATTORNEY GIVEN BY HER FATHER ON HER NAME.
