Compensation for delay possession

I book flat in 2021.still not got possession. I register complaint in rera and consumer court . Rera and consumer court pass order for compensation. Builder deny . What to do

If rera has ordered complete and builder is not complying the. You can file an execution petition under section 40 of rera act If order is from consumer court file an execution petition under section 25&27 of consumer protection act 2019 or you can writ petition in high under article 226 for writ of mandamus to compel RERA/ Consumer Forum to enforce the order. And if the builder is deliberately delaying the possession or refusing compensation file FIR under section 420 of IPC and 406 of IPC
