Residential Flat is in name of My grandmother (1st name) & My father (2nd name) . All documents viz. Society share certificate / redevelopment agreement / Allotment letter / Electricity bill / Maintenance bill mention in the name of My grandmother (1st name) & My father (2nd name). Mahangar gas is in the name of my father. Possession of said old flat is with my father Now My grandmother has expired so I need Which Rule / clause or similar Solved court judgments which states that Co-owner is eligible for 50% share + 10% (in grandmother’s share 50% , since there are total 5 Heirs). There is no guideline in Society Bye-Laws for share of %
