Clarifications regarding execution of Will

Grandmother Registered a death will saying that after her death the property belongs to his Grandson as he last his mother in his childhood. The Grand mother had only one children. After grandmother death due to negligence the Grandson didn't execute the will to get the sale deed from bda. The Grandson wife asked bda to get the sale deed based on the death will. The question is after she gets the sale deed from bda is there any problem in Selling the property. She has all the documents on her name including Katha, sale deed.
