Clarification regarding society maintenance charges

1.) How many members can form a society having 179 flats. 2.) Are Committee members including Chairman, secretary and treasurer liable to pay maintenance charges. 3.) After how many months maintenance charges can be increased. 4.) Up to what % Maintenance charges can be increased. 5.) What should be the total strength of members from the society to make decisions in an AGM. Excluding committee members. Thank you.
1.) How many members can form a society having 179 flats?
Answer: If more than 51% of the flats are sold out , therefore more than 80-82 flats should be sold out;
2.) Are Committee members including Chairman, secretary and treasurer liable to pay maintenance charges?
answer: Yes they are members of the society they are liable to pay;
3.) After how many months maintenance charges can be increased.
Answer: The maintenance can be increased after the discussions in the AGM;
4.) Up to what % Maintenance charges can be increased.
