Clarification regarding sale deed issue.

Dear Sir, We have Done One Property Sale deed on 28th Oct 2010, as per that Property in Court and Once Case is Exit form Court can we sale to same Person or Can we return Double Amount But now they are asking Amount, Still case in Court Take Amount is 4 Lakh After case Exit from High Court Return Amount is 8 Lakh Regards
yes once the case is dismissed you can sell it to anyone you want to at any price you are willing to. However, it is not clear that what is the nature of the dispute hence, provide me with proper details and contact me further.
