Clarification regarding quitclaim deed.
30-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
My flat have 3 owners (me,father and younger brother). I have paid all there investment back and they are ready to release their share from the property but the lending banking is not giving permission to do so. Can we sign quitclaim deed for the same? Will quitclaim deed will not create problem while scaling the property?
As you had not paid the said loan amount to the bank your bank will not give you any no objection certificate. For what purpose you want to do the quitclaim deed? For more information revert back to me.
