Clarification on transfer of property through gift deed

Hi, Once property is transferred from one person to another through a gift deed, what all are the type of documents that needs to be signed by the original owner for it to be fully transferred? Like registration papers, property card, MSEB, Society registration docs etc?

If this is personal (own) property at that time he gift this property to his grandson. At the time of registration documents are needed as per below - Plan Pass copy of property, Tax bill, NoC, No due Certificate, Share Certificate (If society or association), Photograph of property, PAN card of both person, B.U Permission, N.A Order, etc... documents r needed.
