Clarification on self acquired and ancestral property.

08-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi , There is one ancestral property in my dad's name. However it was transferred to my dad after his father's death. There is a joint RTC coming in my dad's name nd his uncles. It's not yet partitioned. Does this become self acquired property of my dad since it was given to him based on family arrangements .. do his sisters nd brother have a share in this

Hi,the property got transferred based on the legal heir of your grand father as the property is ancestral property. do you have any specific document where your uncles mention that they do not need any partition of the property. You may visit my office along with documents that you have for legal opinion.
