Clarification on gift deed of property by father to elder brother

29-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Father earned asset given gift deed to 2nd son, nothing given to 1st son. My father constructed G+2 building by taking loan of 50lakh on his name. Recently he registered that whole building to my younger brother as a gift deed. In that deed, my mother & me both were excluded. Only my father & my brother included in that gift deed

if the property is acquired by your father on his own monies you will not have no chance to claim your father shall have absolute right to execute that gift deed in favour of your brother and if the property is devolved upon him through his fore fathers you can file a suit for partition and claim your share and your mother share sepeartely and seek for cancellation of the gift deed
