Clarification of division of property

My father have five brothers and all farm land owened by our grand father after his death no any land purchased. My father is older than all, he only came to pune to do service, at service period he purchased 1guntha plot where our own 3 floor house build by taking loan by me, his son.and this house is owened by father only. Now the matter is after 10 years of sepration on oral basis ,as we build a house at our village and after that our Uncles refuse to give farm property to my father asking that he is not necessary as i am doing good job and earning good money, also they demand for their share to our own build house in pune. What should we do? They are trying to frigten us. I am Hindu- maratha.

Your uncle had no right to claim right over the self acquired property by your father. On the contrary your father can claim your grand father property since they have equal right over the ancestral property.

Sir,
As per the facts mentioned by you, your father certainly has a share in the said agricultural property. If the brothers of your father are denying the share of your father then your father can file a partition suit to get his share in the property.
Secondly, the building owned by your father is his self owned property, and his brothers can not claim their share in the same.
Many other factors are need to be seen in this case to give you a perfect solution.
