My grandfather started business & was sole proprietor then ,,afterwards he had stated business with my uncle on partnership basis . Can I have right to claim on business & that property?
Confirm that you are claiming your grand father share. Whether he is not cooperating to you for the share. If he is not willing to give share than we want to go into the roots of his capital investment if it is self acquired capital than you have no right to claim it.
