City survey registration issue

We had three residential plot ,which got distributed as per watni patra in two people, here the issue is one of the land is with different name on city surve record, because of that one land City survey office said, we won't be able to apply name as per watni patra on other two properties,
Could you guide us on this

Sir,
Your issue is little confusing.
Either describe the ownership of plot of lands in detail again with how the watni is done or kindly contact me through lawrato.
There isn't any issue which cannot be solved if understood and worked on in right direction.
