Cheating with respect to property what will be the punishment

When two partners of a firm executes a lease deed to let out the property belonging to and in the name of the firm, without the consent and signature of an other partner, whether the two partners can be booked under Sec 463 ,467 ,468 470 ,471 etc . What are the appropriate sections under which the guilty can be booked???? Whether the above can be given as police complaint??? If there is a court case already in a court questioning the above, what outcome the police complaint will give ????

Yes the partners can be booked for the Sec 463 ,467 ,468 470 ,471 and 120B. it is the discretion of the court to charge the guilty of the offences or not. yes you can give a police complaint as well to lodge an FIR against the person.
