Cheating done while property registration

In 2012, i did registry of my 10 bighas agricultural land but the agreement was done for 20 bighas. In trust I gave more time to do registry in future for that remain left 10 bighas agricultural land. Since then He didn't do registry of that remaining land. Now I own back my registered 10 bighas land and has possession on my whole 20 bighas land but he's file an application against me and using their post power to torture me. What I do next. Guide me.

1) Is this sale deed valid, as there is a court case going on
Any transaction during a pending litigation cannot be held as valid and not binding on the owners.



2) How can i cancel the illegal sale deed
You do not have to cancel the illegal sale deed, it stands invalid since the transaction has taken place intentionally to defeat your claim of title in it.




3) How can I stop from doing such things in the future
The court case is the answer. Just wait for the outcome of the court case and then decide how to secure your property.
