chawl room issue for right room owner

Respected sir/madam,
I have room in lower parel chawl,on same room two ration card ,electricity bill comes with initial letter ex(P S Zope) and both ration card holder short name start with same P S Zope
both have aadhar card ,voter id,pan card ,ration card then how to prove for right person?
we dont get rent receipt for that. its difficult to prove for right person.
please help .

1. If you have proof of last twelve years then good enough;
2. Also make an affidavit stating you are the same person;
