Sir mere grandfather k 3 son hai .unke 5 Marle zamin hai .partion k time unhone 3ino se pucha .1st my dad unhone us zamin se kuch NHi Liya na he paise liye.2nd ne zamin li .3rd ne kha muje 1lakh dedo zamin lelo 2nd Wale ne paise de diye .ab 3rd wala grandfather ki death k baad bolra muje hisa nhi diya unke khilaf case kr Rha. .even mere dad ko v dhamki dera abi teri v bari hai tujse v hisa Luga ..Sir muje yh dono problem ka solution btaye & yh btaya ki kya mere dad pr Sach me case kr sakta hai mera chota CHACHA .

In this case first please tell whether partition and transaction is written or any partition deed is drawn
If not then he can seek for partition of share in the grandfather property.
He can also file case against your father if he has also taken any type of share in grandfather property and if your father has not take any share as you said then he cannot file any ase against your father unless some false and fake case he made out against your father
