Case filed against grandmother by landlord claiming legal heir illegal
06-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
my grand mother lived in a rented hpuse on pagadi system with her husband and two step daughters since 1952. later with her three grandchildren in the same house. Her husband passed in the same house in 1974 and eventually she passed away in 1999 at 88years.the owners has filed a case in small cause court saying she was not married and the grand children are not legal heirs. how serious is the offence to abuse her character & what is the punishment. please advise
Dear Sir,
as per the question the case should be dismissed from very inception. the case does not hold any merit. the Landlord has no locus to file any case against the old lady. om what bases has he filed a case against her is he claiming anything?
