Car parking issue with neighbors how can I legally stop them

We have an ownership on a parking space in an apartment, but the owner of the parking lot in front of our's blocks the gate in such a way that i can neither park my car on my spot nor get the car out from my parking lot. the owner of the parking lot in front of the gate refuses to remove the car for my convenience. i am at a loss. can somebody advice me on the legal point of view if i can do something bout this.
