Can I cancelled my gifted regestery
Yes registered document can always be cancelled on the instance of executor but for that it has to be prove certain facts. For that you have to file a civil suit for cancellation and prove that registration is liable to be cancelled.

No you can't cancel your gifted registry bcoz according to law" ek baar daan means hamesha ke liye daan"....only in one condition a person can cancel gifted registry if the transaction of gifted registry is based on illegal conditions I mean to say if registry is based on illegal terms nd conditions

No, once a gift is always a gift. You cant cancle any gift. If this gift was not with your full consideration and with any pressure or in any unconciseness then it may be challenged in a civil court only.
