MY WIFE WANTS TO CLAIM HER 50% OWNERSHIP IN HER PARENTS PROPERTY BUT HER PARENTS WANT TO GIVE 100% PROPERTY TO HER BROTHER...CAN SHE FILE THE CASE AGAINST HER PARENTS..WILL SHE BE BENEFITED AS DAUGHTER
