The WILL will have to be read in completely. Reason why your grandmother did not want to give to her daughters. the entire court proceedings depends on law and facts. without knowing the complete facts under what circumstances the WILL was executed i have no idea . need complete details. Is probate done of the WILL

This is my response to you:
1. If the property is ancestral property then your father's sisters can stake claim;
2. If it was self-acquired property of your grandmother then she can choose to dispose of the property as she chooses;
3. Nobody has a claim on the property except those mentioned in the Will;
4. If anybody files a case it will be dismissed because the court will only listen to the last wishes of the testator of the Will.

Yes definitely you can file the probate petition before high court the property will be distributed as per the terms of the will, here the chances are that they might try dispute the will but if the will is geniune to can surely win and the property will be distributed as per the will only
