Can we remove a name from Legal heir certificate

10-May-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather was dead on 1997, in the property document my grandmother stated no rights in the property. Now in 2018 my father was dead and in the legal heir document her name was included by mistake. Can it be removed? She is claiming rights in the property and creating trouble

Legal heirs can be categorized in two segments—Class I and Class II heirs. For instance, according to the Hindu succession law, if a Hindu man leaves behind property without a Will, it is primarily passed on to Class I heirs (the widow, children and mother) in equal share
