can we make power of attorney from bhua daughter that all proceedings

one of my property is in bareilly uttar pradesh and its 735sq yd it is in three name my father,my grandmother,my father elder brother they all are died but their children r present problem is that i sued a case for partition in bareilly n father sister has been died n her one daughter she lives in germany n yet she has came in india so how can i take in written that all court proceedings were did by her father and if any matter of property so he will take care of that n no proceedings will take
