Can we challenge NGT recommendations

recently NGT (national green tribunal) has given recommendations in Karnataka Bangalore to increase the buffer zone from existing 30 mtrs to to 75 mtrs, where has in other states is 30 mtrs & in AP it is 9 mtrs, can we challenge this as group of affected land owners, request you to let me know.
yes you can challenge the recommendations given by National Green Tribunal in the Supreme Court within the limitation period i.e. 30 days. failing which you need to file an application for condonation of delay and it is the discretion of the court to allow it or not.
