17-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My uncle is paralysed and has 2 son all married. My father supported them in their marriage finacially. Now they are not returning back our money which is approx 34000 . They are asking for share in our property(land) which is already in my fathers name. Is there anything we can do in this case force them.

If your father is the sole owner of the property then your cousin's cannot ask for their share in the property. In case the property is inherited to your father form his father that becomes ancestral property to you and your cousin's then yes they can ask for the share in the said property.
