Can the joint owners obstruct the use of property?

Agricultural land is in name of my father and his 3 younger brother total 4 ....as dispute is there in family ..to which they r not allowing us to use 25% of land as it is big size ....they have occupied whole for farming...what legal action can in take to use my share
suit can be filled called kurebandi in SDM court to decided ur share in agricultural land. where is ur location can u tell where is your location is situated in uttar pradesh. Suit can be SDM court to decide ur share in agricultural land.
