Can Stay Order be taken against gift deed Of Land Property

Sir stay order can be accorded by means of filing a civil suit because of ancestral land property I mean to say that gift deed carried out in absence of real heir /share holder as my self and two sisters, brother away from home. Please advice course of action needs to be taken on my part.
