can someone disallow entry of girls in flat

I live in indore in a flat owned by my mother since last 7 years I live alone I am a bachelor One day when one of my female friend come to meet me some aunty comes and told she is not allowed here we made the rule and you have to follow it anyhow she or any girl will not come until u get married?
There can be no such rule by non-owners to place restrictions on your visitors.
Your mother can place such restrictions, but not other flat owners in the apartment.
You can complain this matter to Police.

As long as decency is maintained no one can stop . If you are the owner of the flat no one has any business as to who is coming in your flat unless they say that immoral acts are being done in public. I think you should not have any problem and they can't stop you
