I have two brother and we are two sisters. My dad passed away in 2006 and mum is 2006 with no will, after which the property was transferred to my brothers , so now the property is on both the brothers names. Now they wish to sell the property, can the sisters claim the share in the selling??

The Hindu Succession Act, 1956, originally did not give daughters inheritance rights in ancestral property. They could only ask for a right to sustenance from a joint Hindu family. But this disparity was removed by an amendment to the Act on September 9, 2005. So now you have equal share in the property of their father.
