Can sister gift property to me which is in father's name ?

hi i have two 1 rk flat in society name on my father in index2 now father is expired 20 years back i have two sister can they give me gift. for gift waras nond is required in registrar office
Under whose name is the property now? At the time of death did your father leave any will behind in the name of your sister? Are your sisters owners of the property or joint owners if yes then they can gift the property in your name through a registered gift deed.

Ur sisters can gifted u their shares in the said property. For gift death certificate of ur father n one affidavit for declaring legal heirs of deceased is require to be annex. But confirm with the society on gift deed they can record ur name to the society record otherwise u have to get legal heirs certificate from court.
