Can I claim for my share in the ancesntral property which got transferred on their name without my knowledge...After marriage...

Yes if the said property is ancestral in nature then you have all the rights to claim your share in the said property for which you will have to file a partition suit in the civil court. First you will have to obtain a legal heir certificate from the office of tehsildar then, inquire into the market value of the property for stamp duty then, you can file a case for partition.
