Can sister claim her share if brother sold ancestral property

I want to know that if I purchased land legally through sell deed and her sisters claiming for removing sell deed because his brother alone sale his ancestral property in which she have part ? But his brother made dummy ancestral dependent list at the time of selling. It was purchased in 2003 and her sister claim for it in 2010 So what should be the result fr it kindly suggest
The dummy sale deed is not OK. If the sister files civil case or criminal case, she will certainly win the case. Property share in the ancestral property will have to be given to sister. The person who has purchased will be the loser.
