can i claim on my father's property? but my father & my mom is not living together my mom & dad religion is same only.i.e. hindu brahmin i just want to know can i or my sister claim on his property
In case your father has written any WILL in your favour of brother or sister any other person then the property would go to them. If there is no WILL in your favour, then it has to be divided in all brothers and sisters.
