Can property be taken back once it is transferred through a deed
28-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear Adviser, Please help me to know:- My grand mother has a house property which was received after file law case against the y other member of the house. (like son and daughters of my grandmother), after decree. Now my grandmother has transferred the same property to me... "no will" ...... through transferred deed.. My question is can she take this property back.... the property was transferred 4 months back..... Thank in advance....
if you fail to maintain your grand mother, she can get it back by filing a case before the concerned authority. So, take care of your grand mother and keep her happy till her death, so as to keep the property safe.
