Can property be partially sold and partially gifted

A property belong to son and his wife. Can the son gift half of his share in the property to his parents and can wife can sell her half share in the property to his husband brother?
yes the son can gift his share of the property to his parents. as he being the owner of it. yes the property can be sold to her husbands brother by the wife as well.
to make it easier the wife can relinquish her rights to her husband making him the owner of the whole property and they he can gift the property to his parents and half to his brother
