Can POA be registered in lucknow if property is in Delhi?

The POA is basically executed to enable a person who cannot be present physically to perform some function. Therefore if an old person cannot travel to Delhi than she can easily execute a POA at Lucknow. The POA should preferably be in favor of any blood relative. You need to approach the Sub-Registrar's office to get the POA executed.

P.O.A. can be registered anywhere in India. However original documents of the property should be in the hand of the holder as the registrar see the document before registering. And further the property should be free hold if it is located in delhi.
