Can other legal heirs claim property if gifted only to one son

my grandfather purchased land in 1952 , And transfer this land to my father by partition in year 1965, this same property transffered to my middle brother by Gift,I am Quistioning How it is Lawfull,this property is not in possession of my middle brother as per 7/12 from gift date to till date,ADDITIONAL COLLECTOR REJECTED THIS MUTATION ENTRY,and now all the heirs 3 brothers and 3 sisters recorded on 7/ 12 now,He had APPEALED TO NASIK COMMISSIONER,No STATSCO GRANTED BY COMMISSIONER TO HIM AGAINST CACNELLATION OF MUTATION ENTRY, I Had PURCASED THIS LAND AFTER GIFT FROM MY FATHER< PLEASE GUIDE
