Can opposite party interrupt the process after the decree is served

29-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello sir, our land( 2acers ) registered in 1985 in our name., but we did not done mutation in mandal office, and the same land occupied by one fertiliser company owner in 1993, they done R.O.R.in.mandal office. After that we noticed that occupation and filed a case against that company owner in district Court in 2008 jan...After long time the judgement came in 2018 january Which is favarable to us....The court said to the revenue department should release a passbook on our name and mutation also...And we went to r.d.o they said ok here work done you can take passbook from m.r.o office after the proses done. . . Now we have a doubt that is there any chances to opposition party to hold our process's..Or can they play any games without handover our land.?Be cause our land is in their premisses (fensing).
