Can one brother purchase share of other brothers as a right of premption
This is my response to you:
1. You will need to state the full facts to understand your dispute properly;
2. Do you have possession rights? Your brother is the real owner of the property?
3. Only if you discuss the pre-requisites then only the right of pre-emption can be applied;
4. Although the principle itself is not accepted;

If the other brother wants then he will ask to you earlier.
But the property belongs to him which is not binding on him to ask you as a brother and then sale it to other.
Request him if wants to sale his property

Yes .one brother has purchase share of other brothers . because if any ancestral property has distributed in two brothers seperately .then after partition .one brother has purchase share of other brothers.
