Can NOC Request By Chairman of Society be given

Society has given letter of joint resignation of all managing committee members to the registrar, now after 15 days, chairman wants to sell his flat and wants the other members of the committee to give him noc for sale of his flat. He was in the previous managing committee wherein misappropriation of Society funds has taken place but he has to he has nothing to do with it and so case is going on against previous secretary for recovery of the same. Kindly advise if we should give noc or wait for registrar to take over and do it
This is my response to you:
1. First register the society;
2. Then only allow the chairman to sell his flat;
3. Then the registrar can give the NOC;
4. What is the case pending against him?
5. Consult a good property/co-op society lawyer and then take steps.
