Can my grandmother sell her property without consent from family

Respected sir iam Hindu.. I live in dharmavaram,andhra Pradesh... 6years before My father passed away.. at that time he had 2 lakhs borrow.. and he own a house which is in the name of his mother(my grandmother) .. she doesn't cares about her family.. and addicted to illegal activities...and now she want to sell the house... i have completed diploma in education... And facing severe economic problems .. I don't how to continue my studies.. I have to clear borrows... And want to continue my studies.. now she is blackmailing me that she would sell the house.. my father is one and only son to her... She did not cared about him.. is it possible that she alone can sell the house without my permission.... I beg you to show me a way to get out of this problem.. iam very much afraid that she would sell the house... My mother is a Daily labour .. my brother is studying 7.. there are no economical resources for me without the house.. what should I do know.. please help
IS the property ancestral or the property is owned by your grandmother. if the property is in name of your grandmother then she is not liable to ask anybody before selling it. If its an ancestral property then the property owners consent it needed.
