Can my father transfer property through a gift deed

i am 24 years old(male) .i have a elder brother(27) and a small brother(14). my mother is died few year ago.and after death of my mother my father marriage again. me and my elder brother(1 mother)and my small brother(2 mother ) son. my father some property gift to me as the base of gift deed.but problem is my stepmother now want to cancel the gift deed .and petition a title suit against me my my elder brother and my father. so please give me some suggestion or advice.

If the property is a self acquired property of your father then he has complete right over the property and can transfer such property according to his wish. He can transfer the property in your name through gift deed in your name.
